Easy, honest returns.
If you’re not delighted with your order, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a pickup at no extra cost (metro cities). Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Once the item reaches our karkhana and passes a quality check, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD, refunds are made via bank transfer.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used copper bottles. Damaged or defective items are always replaced.
